Terms and Conditions

1. Website Design, Personalization & Production.
Steps Marketing Inc. reserves all rights to provided design options and proprietary programming. The (10) day Estimated Time of launch assumes the customer will provide all requested materials within (1) business day of order completion. IDX, VOW and other MLS links/feeds are separate and should be paid to your chosen provider. If IDX/MLS feed is unavailable – website launch may be delayed. Steps Marketing Inc. is not responsible for photos provided (if copyrighted)

2. Hosting
Monthly hosting is a requirement and is based on a 12-month agreement from the date of sale and requires a major credit card.

3. Technical Support, Maintenance & Training
Unlimited email technical support is available at www.stepsmarekting.com . Maintenance may include minor fixes (text changes, logo change, new agent photo, or website malfunction etc.) Any additional service needed will be billed at our standard rates of $65/hr. Requests for Change will normally be completed within (2) business days of receipt via email to your account manager.
 
4. Domain Name Registration Services
Domain Registration is provided as a courtesy of Steps Marketing. All technical issues and support is available at GoDaddy.com
 
5. Default in Payment
In the event of cancellation or default in payment, website will be suspended and taken offline. A fee may apply to reinstate website
.
6. Refunds
All Sales are Final. Setup fees cannot be refunded.
 
7. Proprietary Rights
Website files, designs, content and database access is not granted with this license. We reserve all rights and protect all intellectual property under Federal and California laws.
